This crushing and sand production line utilizes a primary jaw crusher to initially crush the raw material, bluestone, into coarser fragments. The material then proceeds to a secondary jaw crusher for finer fragmentation, reducing the stone size to below 5 cm. Subsequently, the material is transferred from the buffer bin into a rod mill for further grinding. Sand particles with a diameter of 3 mm or less are conveyed from the rod mill to a dewatering screen for washing and screening. Finally, the qualified fine sand is transported via a belt conveyor and stockpiled as finished products.
