The 700 TPH Ore Crushing Production Line is a large-scale, high-efficiency crushing system tailored for hard ore beneficiation (e.g., iron ore, copper ore, granite-hosted mineral ore). It integrates three-stage crushing (primary, secondary, tertiary), multi-layer screening, and closed-loop circulation to produce uniform particle size (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm) for subsequent grinding or direct sale. The line features heavy-duty equipment, intelligent control, and energy-saving design, suitable for large open-pit mines or industrial mineral processing plants with high-capacity requirements.

Flow Description
- Ore Feeding: Transport raw ore (particle size ≤1000mm, moisture ≤8%) to the 80 m³ hopper using 50-ton dump trucks. The hopper’s inclined bottom and anti-blocking vibrator prevent material bridging, ensuring continuous feeding for 24/7 operation.
- Primary Crushing: Ore falls into the double-deck vibrating feeder GZD1500×6000 by gravity, which uniformly distributes it to the primary jaw crusher PE-1200×1500. The jaw crusher (crushing force 2800 kN) reduces ore size from ≤1000mm to 150-200mm with a processing capacity of 800-1000 TPH.
- Secondary Crushing: Crushed ore is transferred via 1400mm-wide belt conveyor to the secondary cone crusher HPT300. The hydraulic cone crusher (discharge gap adjustable 15-30mm) processes 150-200mm ore into 30-50mm intermediate particles, with a capacity of 750-850 TPH.
- Tertiary Crushing: Intermediate ore (30-50mm) is sent to the tertiary cone crusher HPT400 for fine crushing. The multi-cylinder cone crusher optimizes particle shape and reduces ore to 5-20mm, with a capacity of 700-750 TPH, matching the line’s target output.
- First Screening (3-layer): Crushed ore enters the 3-layer vibrating screen 3YD3072 (screen mesh sizes: 50mm, 20mm, 5mm) for grading:
- Oversized material (>50mm): Returned to the secondary cone crusher via belt conveyor for reprocessing.
- 20-50mm material: Sent to the tertiary cone crusher for fine crushing.
- ≤20mm material: Transported to the second 4-layer vibrating screen for final grading.
- Final Screening (4-layer): The 4YD3680 vibrating screen (screen mesh sizes: 20mm, 10mm, 5mm, 0mm) separates the ore into four finished products:
- 10-20mm material: High-quality aggregate for construction or ore blending, output via dedicated belt conveyor.
- 5-10mm material: Suitable for medium-grinding processes, collected as secondary product.
- 0-5mm material: Fine ore for direct grinding (e.g., ball mill feeding), output as primary product.
- Oversized material (>20mm): Returned to the tertiary cone crusher for closed-loop reprocessing, ensuring particle size uniformity.
- Intelligent Control & Environmental Protection: The PLC central control system monitors equipment load, temperature, and feeding speed in real time, automatically adjusting parameters to maintain 700 TPH stable output. The baghouse dust collection system captures dust from crushing and screening stations, with emissions ≤10 mg/m³, meeting global environmental standards.
- Lubrication & Maintenance: The automatic centralized lubrication system supplies grease to crusher bearings and moving parts at fixed intervals, reducing wear and extending equipment service life. All key components are equipped with temperature and pressure sensors, triggering alarms for abnormal conditions to minimize downtime.

- The line can be customized for different ore types: For abrasive ore (e.g., quartz), replace cone crusher liners with high-chrome alloy material; for brittle ore (e.g., limestone), switch to impact crushers for better particle shape.
- Capacity can be adjusted between 600-800 TPH by modifying crusher discharge gaps and vibrating feeder speed, adapting to ore grade and particle size changes.
- Optional upgrades include ore washing equipment (for clay-rich ore) and online particle size analyzer (real-time product quality monitoring).
