Primary Crushing

1.Raw gold ore is fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, reducing the ore size to below 50mm for subsequent processing.

Secondary Crushing & Screening

The coarsely crushed ore is further processed by a cone crusher and screened to ensure the feed size meets the requirements of the grinding process (generally below 20mm).

Grinding & Classification

3.The qualified ore is sent to a ball mill for grinding, combined with a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone for classification. The pulp with qualified fineness (generally -200 mesh accounting for 60%-80%) is sent to the flotation process.

Gold Flotation

The qualified pulp is mixed with flotation reagents (collector, frother, regulator) and fed into flotation machines. Gold minerals adhere to air bubbles and form froth, which is scraped out as gold concentrate.

Dewatering & Drying

5.The gold concentrate is processed by a thickener and filter press for dewatering, and finally dried to obtain the finished gold concentrate product.

It can process various gold ores, including sulfide gold ore, oxide gold ore, quartz type gold ore, and associated gold ore associated with copper, lead, and zinc.
The production capacity can be customized according to customer requirements, ranging from 5 tph for small-scale mines to 500 tph for large-scale mines.
For typical fine-grained gold ore, the gold recovery rate can reach 90%-95%. For refractory gold ore with pre-oxidation treatment, the recovery rate can be further improved to 85%-92%. 6.
For general sulfide gold ore, the gold recovery rate can reach 90%-95%; for oxide gold ore, the recovery rate can be increased to 95%-98% after pre-treatment.
