Raw stone is fed into a PE750×1060 jaw crusher via a ZSW1142 vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, reducing large rocks to ~250mm.
Coarse crushed material is conveyed to a CS220 cone crusher for fine crushing, producing particles suitable for sand making (≤60mm). Oversized material is returned to the cone crusher via conveyor B-3 for reprocessing.
Fine crushed material is screened by an SVK1860 vibrating screen, separating 0-5mm and 5-10mm initial aggregates, while oversize material is sent to the VSI sand making machine.
Oversize particles enter a VSI9526 sand making machine for high-speed impact crushing and shaping, creating cubical sand particles.
Shaped material is screened by a 3YK2460 vibrating screen, producing 5-10mm finished aggregates, while 0-5mm material proceeds to washing. Oversized material is returned to the VSI via conveyor B-7.
0-5mm sand is washed in an XL1150×9M sand washing machine to remove mud and impurities, then dewatered by a YTS2252 sand dewatering machine to produce clean, low-moisture 0-5mm finished manufactured sand.
