The sand-washing plant refers to the washing process of artificial sand (including natural sand). It consists of a jaw crusher, a sand-making machine, a sand-washing machine, and belt conveyors. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the materials to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed material is sent to the sand-making machine by a belt conveyor for further crushing. Finally, the fine material enters a vibrating screen for screening. Material that meets the particle size requirements enters the sand washing machine for cleaning.  After cleaning, it is output by the final product conveyor belt as the final product. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements of the final product are returned from the vibrating screen to the sand-making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed loop with multiple cycles.

Process flow of sand washing plant

The raw materials enter the crushing equipment through a vibrating feeder.

After coarse crushing, it enters the secondary crushing (shaping) equipment for secondary crushing.

Crushed stones enters the vibrating screen for screening.

Enter the sand-making equipment for sand production, and return to the intermediate crushing equipment for secondary crushing if it does not meet the requirements.

After sand making, the stone material passes through the vibrating screen again. Qualified ones enter the sand washing machine for washing, while unqualified ones return to the sand-making machine for sand-making again.
